Crows I don't like them.

16th August 2014

I love nature but I don't like crows. Why ? Because they are very noisy especially during rainy and cloudy days. They love sitting on the roofs or on the trees.

The crows are sitting on the birch trees.

The crow on my roof - time for relax.

Intelligent one..

Looking for .......

My neighbour's roof - at 7 a.m.

Its  beak is very strong.

On the  garage..

The crows are small birds but they are very intelligent. While I was walking in the garden they didn't move.
They are afraid of people. The main interest was my litter/rubbish bin.

They love home waste.

Subcarpathian Region - typical country landscape. I love the hills.

HAVE A NICE WEEKEND.

  1. Crows and ravens are different. In southern Australia we have ravens, but they aren't very different from crows. They pick up rubbish from bins but strangely they keep their fear of humans, unlike many other birds.

  2. Andrew, we have ravens too. But they are not common, here. Ravens are bigger and stronger than crows. And more beautiful so proud birds.

  3. My least favorite birds are the turkey vultures and the cowbirds..but I agree with you on noise- crows can get pretty loud.

  6. That's quite a lot of crows! We have an unnatural population explosion of them in Australia too, because we create the perfect environment for them: human waste to feed on and isolated tall trees to build a nest in.

    1. So, the same it is in my place. People invite them to their houses making a lot of waste. That is true. Greeting from Europe.

  7. I'm with you on crows! They have often roosted in a stand of trees a couple hundred yards away from my house, but this summer they have taken to roosting in the big tree right outside my bedroom window and the noise drives me nuts! It's so loud and irritating.

  8. We have a lot of crows and jackdaws here. Both can be very loud, but I don't mind. They're fun birds to watch. Have a great Sunday!

  11. Your crow shots remind me of the starlings around here. They take up lots of room in the trees and make noise on the roof.

  13. Those crows look a bit different to our crows.
I heard one talking once, it was in a place where lots of people go, so hence all the talking. We don't have crows flying or sitting on our roofs here in the city.

    1. So I don't know why they don't sit on your roofs. So maybe one day you can write a post about your crows.

  14. I agree with you. We have lots of crows here and they are so noisy and bully the smaller birds to move away. They always remind me of Hitchcock's film 'The Birds'.
