What plant is it?

I believe my bloggers friends are very intelligent people so for them I have prepared a riddle.  What plant is it?

It is not common in every garden of course...

    It is a lemon which can't decide if it is a fruit or a flower.
    From an horticulturalist expert, I DON'T THINK SO - ha ha.
