Welcome to Canterbury Cathedral - you must visit it- really masterpiece

6 Th May 2017

I have been many times to England but it was my first time in Canterbury. When we arrived to this medieval town it was cloudy and rainy but not too cold. Everyone was excited the small charming place and the old cathedral.

The cathedral is the seat of the Archbishop of Canterbuty and still very much a working, living church, where services  take place every day.

For millions of Anglicans worldwide , the Cathedral is their Mother church.

More photos from inside soon.

  1. It looks like they are doing some work on the exterior. Not surprising, as old as it is!

  8. I think they are always doing some repairs on this magnificent structure. Your last photo reminds me of a scene from "Friends." :) Nice shots, Gosia!
