The Eagles' Nests Trail

19 th May 2014

The most beautiful tourist route in Poland, 163 km long spanning from Cracow to Czestochowa follows the trace of ruins of castles built by the king Casimir III the Great as part of defence system of trade routes from Cracow to Wielkopolska Province.

Photos of castles which belonged to the Eagles' Nests Trail below.

There are two varieties of the Trail of the Eagles Nests: for walkers and cyclists.

But the most important it's definitely worth visiting.

  1. You certainly live in a beautiful country.
The castles have a sort of *fairy tale* atmosphere. I'd love to see them for real.
