The last flowers in my garden..

12th November 2016

It is going to snow today but I think in the mountains where are are right now.  It is pity because I have some flowers in my garden and
I must cover my roses to protect them before frost.

Raking leaves is a must before winter but I love doing it - it is a relax for me  and escape
 from city life.

  1. Good that you can still enjoy the last flowers before the snow comes. You have a big rose bush. Have a beautiful weekend!

  3. Why do you need to protect your roses? Don't they go dormant in winter?

  6. I used to enjoy raking leaves... for about 10 minutes! After we were done, a big wind would blow in and more leaves would be shaken from the trees. It would take weeks to finally get the gardens mostly cleared.

  7. It's nice that you can get out of the city and breathe that wonderful country air. I'd say the seasons move on and the flowers die off, but spring will soon be here! Enjoy every day.
