Aubergine and goodbye holidays..

24th August 2016

Aubergine is one of my favourite vegetable so I bought it in the grocery two days ago.
I have decided to prepare it filling augergine with rice, carrots, pepper and red onion. I have baked it for 30 minutes in the oven. It was delicious.

Yummy.

Life goes on and we almost finished our school holidays.

  1. The best that can be said about aubergine, or eggplant as it called here at times, is the filling that goes into it.

  2. I said to my partner in 2008 when we first visited England, the green hurts my eyes. Australian country greens are soft, olive and with grey tinges, but I loved the English green.
