Good Friday in Sicily

14th April 2017

 In the afternoon today I  got some photos from my Sicilian friend. They show the cross of way in Racalmuto Sicily.( Italy).





I was last summer there and it was the best time in my life.

    Over here, there is no public procession or celebration. All are done within the church. Have a happy Easter weekend!

      We have a procession on Good Friday but it is not spectacular like in Sicily

    Can't imagine anything like this happening here. But it looks like a fun and colorful time and the folks replay these ancient tales.
