As you can see Upper Silesia is mixture of styles the new and the old ones..
Very quiet regarding traffic when you took the photos. The Christmas tree looks delightful..
ReplyDeleteMargaret it was in the morning so the traffic was not so heavy.
DeleteThe tree leaves have well and truly gone now. The blue and white walk sign in front of historic buildings is incongruous.
ReplyDeleteAndrew, you are right about the sign
Deletewow building behind fence needs renovation
ReplyDeletedefinitely you are right
DeleteSo fun to see this collection of pictures. I love that old church steeple! Despite the "great sunny day," it sure looks cold!
ReplyDeleteMitchel, this year the weather is perfect because we do not havy any snow..
DeleteEnjoyed the photos!
ReplyDeleteInteresting photos, but especially love the Christmas lights.
ReplyDeleteSo am glad you like Christmas lights
Deleteit does look nice and clean and has great christmas decorations, too.
ReplyDeleteThanks a lot

ReplyDeleteIn Europe cities look great before Christmas
DeleteIt looks very quiet for a capital city. Nice views.
ReplyDeleteCythia, it is a quiet city but it was 11 a.m on Friday so everyone was at school or at work. In the afternoon it is nightmare here, long traffic jams...
