I forgot we have winters because last serious winter it was 4 years ago. So I was surprised when I was looking out from my living room window. At 7.20 a.m. while I was walking my dog and it was snowing. So it means a long awaited winter has come. People who love skiing are happy and I love skiing, too. But in my opinion snow should be in the mountains not in the city, The good news is that in a week we start two week holidays at school so I believe when we are going to school on 16th February it will be spring. It is my dream.. Who knows what weather brings??????
All photos were taken on 25th January 2015 . My place looks magic. All is covered with snow but temperature is friendly 2C degrees so I hope snow disappears shortly..
Snow looks nice covered over the cars, street and trees. I can't imagine the snow being in the city, as we don't have it here in winter, only on the mountains but then it's not a lot.
ReplyDeleteSo we live in winter clime so we have to survive . It is not so difficult
Deleteoh, it looks very pretty! enjoy while it lasts!
ReplyDeleteLooks very pretty from window walking and driving it is not a pleasure
DeleteIt looks very cold and dark.
ReplyDeleteAndrew it is not too cold only 2 C degrees
DeleteI used to love a major snow storm in New York City. So beautiful and so strangely quiet for a city. But, if I had to get to work, dig out my car, or cross an avenue, the magic was gone.
ReplyDeleteMitchell you are right the magic is gone every morning when you must prepare car before starting
DeleteIt looks so pretty when it first falls!
ReplyDeleteDefinitely I agree with you
DeleteThe fresh snow is very pretty! We just had a few flurries this morning, but it isn't too cold here either.
ReplyDeleteBethany the fresh snow is great for a while and not in the big conurbation when it quickly becomes dirty
