Toilet which dates back from 20th century
28th February 2015
Last summer we visited Museum of The Old Architecture and we found the toilet which was popular before WWII. It is not comfortable especially in the winter
This one looks pretty tiny, a one-holer. On the farm when I was young, we had a two seater outside, but had indoor plumbing as well. Mother always made us use the outhouse when we were playing outside.
Ah! The Dunny - this one is cute.

ReplyDeletewe have some of those, too. we call them 'outhouses' here. :)
ReplyDeleteLooks great with the wood fence and the yellow flowers!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad that times have changed!
ReplyDeleteIt's certainly in a beautiful area, but I can see why it wouldn't be very comfortable.
