Market square in my city

10th June 2016

It is a market square in my hometown. It was renovated a few years ago. Residents call it "red square"

My city Bytom is over 750 years old..

. It is a place where you can enjoy the sun or eat something sitting under the big umbrella.

  4. It's so empty, did you have to get up really early to get the place all to yourself? It looks a wonderful square.
    Enjoy this weekend.

  5. RED SQUARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!! ?????????????

Some locals have an ironic sense of humour. Maybe they have forgotten
when Poland wasn't allowed to cough without permission from the
    Proletariat of the Kremlin!
    Cheers

    1. It is an ironic name. People were very dissatisfied when they saw the red square after renovation. Polish remember very well days when we were under control of Soviet Union
