Lately I have been so busy at my school because it is a beginning of the school year.. I have had a lot of paperwork at home.. I believe I write a longer and more interesting post tomorrow..
Countryside where I wascycling every day...
in The 19th century my ancestors lived here... and then emigrated to US..
Fenvces at my permanent residence..
Gosia.
ReplyDeleteWell we certainly do have one thing in common.
A hatred of crows. Here in the cities they are noise
machines and mongrel scavengers and in the rural areas,
they attack new born lambs especially and rip out their eyes
before the ewe at birth can get up to protect the newly born lamb.
Both my rural grandmothers were crack shots when it came to bloody crows.
Oh how they hated wretched crows.
Thanks for the 1872 uprising history - Austrian rule of a part of Poland.
Cheers
Colin
Colin I really hate those black and very noisy birds.
Deletenice fence and street. :)
ReplyDeleteI like the fancy fences in the last photo. You have inspired me to take some photos of the fences around here that are representative of the area.
ReplyDeletecynthia, so I am waiting for your nice fences..
DeleteYou hate crows...why? I actually feed them and find them to be smart and fascinating to watch. - Love the fencing at your place of residence. It's really nice.
ReplyDeleteIn my opinuion they are very noisy and greedy birds
DeleteI like how the trees seem to form an arch over the road. Crows over here tend to pick on rubbish and they are very noisy. Lovely fences at your permanent residence.
ReplyDeleteYes you are right the trees are lovely next to the road
DeleteOh Dear! I hope your haatred for Crows was not conveyed to that Crow in your photo. Crows NEVER forget if someone has been unkind to them. They are very clever and if the same Crow returned, it could attack. Good fences.
ReplyDeleteMaybe they are very intelligent but they stole all my nuts from the tree last autumn..
DeleteHello, looks like a pretty place to cycle. The fence scene is great. Have a happy Friday and weekend ahead!
ReplyDeleteI believe each region is nice for cycling because each is different
DeleteI never see many crows. Must say whilst travelling and still, never came across one.
ReplyDeleteSo you are a lucky woman
DeleteI hope you get to relax this weekend!
ReplyDeleteI don't think but I do my best
DeleteI love cycling there
