We are at our summer house and we have experienced some rain in the morning. The air is cleaner and fresher. And for me allergic person is definitely better to breathe so I am feeling better now but I have to take anti allergic pills ... We are going to take care of our garden and yard..
Collage from my summer house.
Have a nice Saturday!!
Is your apple tart nice? Can you post a slice to me?
ReplyDeleteAndrew some my friends think I am a good cook so come for the piece of cake. You are welcome..
DeleteSo nice to have a summer place to go to away from your home. It looks lovely, and you can send some of that rain over to us in Texas....very dry, and lots of allergies from the dust, drying grass, etc.
ReplyDeleteLinda you are right summer house is really important for people who live in the big citis all time
DeleteGood that you have rain at last.
ReplyDeleteIt's now the allergy season here for those that have one.
Happy baking.
Margaret allergy season for me is all year round because I am allergic to dust..
DeleteHi Gosia, good to hear that rain came at last and the air is clearing up. We are hoping for a good downpour to wash away all the haze. I love to see the fruits hanging on your fruit trees. Must be having a good harvest for your kitchen.
ReplyDeleteNancy the rain is really important for us because it was very serious drought and I would like to plant soms flowers in my garden but I can't too dry soil
Deleteso glad you've gotten cooler weather and rain!
ReplyDeleteWe are very happy
DeleteWe could use a bit of rain here too - some trees are dropping their leaves already.
ReplyDeletePat I hope you ger some rain shortly
DeleteI love a good rain and look forward to having one here one of these days. So, who do you think took a bite of your pear?
ReplyDeleteMitchel I thin it was the bee or another insect
DeleteGosia
ReplyDeleteLooks like your area in Poland got a pretty good drenching.
As for that "bite" in the apple - I think it is bloody obvious!
A flying fox would be the top of my list.
Filthy stinking creatures - they are a real menace here for the
fruit growers.
Don't ever go to a "colony" - that is where they rest of a day.
The stench is overwhelming - PUTRID!
Here we have an on-going problem with colonies in close proximity
to human habitation - those living in the area want them removed,
those who have never encountered a flying fox and their habits are
against it!!! Utter madness.
With the rain arriving maybe allergies - like colds have been washed away.??
Fresh climatic conditions are very often a breath of fresh air for illnesses.
Cheers
Your Aussie mate
Colin
Collin there are a lot of insects who love fruit. What about allery the worst season is autumn and spring here.
DeleteGosia
DeleteInsects are one thing - but that bite was NO insect bite - ha ha.
The worst month here for allergies is August mainly due from Southern
winds ( the South Pole !).
Cheers
Colin
I hope you show us your apple tart!
