Museum of clocks

15th May 2016

Last year I visited very interesting museum which presented  clocks from the past. Most of clocks were made in 19th century mainly in Germany. My grandmother had a German clock from WWI and what is interesting it works.

Being watchmaker is not well-paid job these days.

In the front of the museum I came across a family of goats..

Have a peaceful Sunday

  2. Nice old clocks. Sometimes I wonder what life was like before there were clocks, like, how did monks in big medieval monasteries know when to pray the various offices, especially in the darkness.

  4. Great collection of Clocks - no doubt worth a fortune these
days. I bet they are ALL WORKING also.

Nice small herd of goats which are sensibly fenced in otherwise they would cause havoc with the shrubs and any flower gardens - ha ha.
    Cheers
