Motorbike lovely vehicle..

4th February 2016

As a girl I have never had a motorbike. But I think it is nice to take a ride but it is not very safe. In my big city riding a motorbike is comfortable because you can avoid traffic jams which are very common here.
This photo I took in Turkey during my trip in April 2015.

I very much doubt if the streets of Ankara and Istanbul look so peaceful at present?
Never been to Turkey - friends and family have and thoroughly
enjoyed the hospitality of the Turkish people.
I have only seen it from 36,000 feet up - the flight flew right over Istanbul en-route to beautiful Copenhagen.
    Cheers

PS: A storm came last night - 20 minutes of torrential rain and then on the count of 3 - stopped. Boy oh boy then did the steam rise from the ground - humidity PLUS! Cool sea breeze arrived to save us -well me anyhow - about midnight!

  2. Motorcycles are pretty neat, but they are dangerous. I've never ridden one, but a friend did let me sit on her beautiful Harley Davidson for a photo.

  4. Motor bikes are fun when young but they are dangerous too. I had a little one when I was young.

  5. Yes, fun but dangerous and I think that is some of their attraction. And they do mess up your hair!

  6. I had a small Honda in college in America and another motorcycle later, here in Israel. It was good and cheap transportation and fun too. But dangerous, yes. Just as well that you did not have one, Gosia.
