Firstly thank you for your e-mail on comments, much appreciated. That was certainly some carriage ride - you could easily tell who were the locals and who were the tourists - ha ha. It was interesting to note the horse drawn carriage that was behind the video carriage - the horses had ear muffs on. Maybe they were still in training??? Re: Horses in fields pulling ploughs - yes they have been look supplanted by the tractor. Plenty of churches on that tour!!! Wasn't Wawel Castle almost demolished in WW2??
