It is a little difficult to see the homes clearly in the first two photos to make any judgement, but in the third photo I am sure with some cleaning up and basic structural work, that two storied establishment would look very presentable.
I can assure you Gosia that here in Australia there are very undesirable areas for living where buildings are just let go to rack and ruin but the questionable brigade still habitat in them. So upper Silesia is not a "lonely little petunia in an onion patch" is that respect, believe you me. And some parts of the USA and Asia, I am surprised that "rats" don't move out. Colin
It's too bad the buildings have become rundown. Some have character and beauty that a bit of upkeep would make them quite nice and interesting. And Perhaps they are all the tenants can afford.
