Final farewell

17th March 2016

Today in the afternoon my mother in law passed away. She was 79. I didn't know her very well because she lived in the different part of the country and she was remarried and her husband wasn't my father in law. We didn't have many in common.

We met only twice a year. On Saturday there is a celebration of her life and funeral. RIP.

So tomorrow in the evening we are going to start our journey fot this sad ceremony.

“Death,” Rainer Maria Rilke
Before us great Death stands
Our fate held close within his quiet hands.
When with proud joy we lift Life’s red wine
To drink deep of the mystic shining cup
And ecstasy through all our being leaps—
Death bows his head and weeps.
