Kiss of the autumn

7th October 2105

We experience great and sunny weather. Autumn is lovely in my corner of the world. The leaves -  are admire them every day- most of them are green but some of them are yellow and brown..

It is a lovely season but for me is not easy one because I suffer from serious allergy..

  1. The foliage certainly is changing rapidly. Allergy from climatic changes are not pleasant.
I have this problem due to contracting cerebral malaria from my living in Papua New Guinea years. Stays in your system for life and breaks down the immune system and can erupt like a volcano at any time. Thousands of WW2 Pacific War veterans came down with the same and at that time nobody had a clue what is was. Very tragic.

As for Roger - ha ha.
Well if I was a WW2 veteran I'd be 88 years of age now to have been in the war
at the end - 1945! So eliminate that assumption!!!
Yes I have many friends who lived under communist rule and were able to get out.
    Especially people from Poland.
Their stories are hair raising - so yes I am anti-communist and that's that.

I think this summer in Australia is going to very very hot and that means dangerous
with bush fires. Already the southern state of Victoria has two dangerous blazing ones.
    Quite a concern for authorities.
Cheers and thanks for the support, Gosia.

    1. Colin living in Papua New Guinea is really interesting you should write about it. Communism was the hard time for Polish and a lot of them had to leave their homeland for ever.As a small girl in 1980s I remember empty shelves in the shops. No good products. Since 1990 we are independent and it is great....

  4. The colours are beautiful. Love the yellow and red leaves. I do hope you will be able to overcome your allergy. Does it means you will have to stay indoor most of the time?

    1. Nancy I take a lot of pills and of course I have to go to work. The main problems are my ears which were infected by allergy... Allergy is very popular illness here and I am allergic to dust and some plants
